Hello guys, again welcome on my Warhammer blog where you can obtain very interesting information about this cool game. WAR is more and more popular and players are really invading this new mmorpg. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is first MMORPG developed by EA and is one of the most successful game in this genre (has around 1,2 mln players).

Game has really a lot to offer to every gamer who is looking for interesting and very absorbing mmo. Well you can pick one of the many classes and EA will add also more of them in the future.

Warhammer Online is based on very popular game created by Games Workshop some time ago, I heard that almost 25 years passed…

Warhammer Online has been created by EA Mythic studio, by 250 ppl team of hardcore gamers leaded by Paul Barnett lead producer and brain of project Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

Warhammer Online Heavy Metal Event

Welcome friends on my weblog. I was little bit busy but now I’m back with my Warhammer Online Blog. Well, I’ve found onherald.warhammeronline.com, that WAR players will be able, from November 17th-December 1st to participate in special daily tasks to unlock new careers before they will be released to the public.

All gamers after completing Basic, Advanced and Elite influence, will unlock awesome new career: Knight of the Blazing Sun (Forces of Order) or the deadly Black Guard (Forces of Destruction). Scenario “will be available for players of all levels, on all tiers, but will not contribute to the campaign”, also players will be receiving 10% more to their Renown point gain. I prefer Knight of the Blazing Sun, because I’m little bit bored with Chaos and my Marauder – for a change Knight will be perfect ;-)

New careers Knight of the Blazing Sun and Black Guard was to occur in the basic version of the game, however, owing to problems with balancing form, producers must have both career move premiere a few months. Well in my privite opinion is only politics – they want to add these new carrers to make us buy game time cards and play more in Warhammer Online.
Knight of the Blazing Sun and Black Guard are careers, designed as tank classes, but there are lots of differences between them and other tank classes.

Knight will be supporting tank, with special skills to help his party members and Black Guard is specialist in one-on-one combat.

Warhammer Dark Elves

Now little presentation of very interesting and popular race in Warhammer ( not only in online game but in Warhammer Fantasy Battle – also ) DARK ELVES. This cruel and beautifully presented race was my favorite in all games. In fact where i meet Dark Elves i love them and i play them.

In Oblivion or Warhammer RPG, and in any other game :-) i don’t know why i just love them and thats it…anyway this video is compilation of best pictures, screenshot and concept arts some of them are really amazing :-) ehh i want Dark Elven girl … and thats sure :P

Warhammer Online – Beta Testing almost finished

its almost sure that premiere of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning will be around 2Q of 2008. Beta testing is doing fine and all crew of EA Mythic Ent.is very happy :P anyway what is important, they are working now to create better Realm vs. Realm system. This system will be focused on fighting, and not like in other games, Player vs Player or even Guild vs Guild – this will be something massive – Good vs Evil!

Battles in Warhammer will be gigantic struggle with few thousand players on each side. When one side will be more powerful then other, and win first battle, second one will be near stronghold of beaten side. There will be 3 levels of stronhold, first is weak, second is medium and last one is Capitol of good or evil.

Warhammer Online Beta testing

is already on beta -testing since July 2007. Beta testing will be over soon but its hard to tell when exactly. Around May-June game should be released but its not quite sure.

Game its looking like younger brother of World of Warcraft. Better graphics, music and all in-game effect but similar combat system and gameplay. Is it enough to beat Wow as a leader of MMORPG genre?

I think no…they must deliver to us, something new, something really really cool. I saw Age of Conan and i think this game is a lot better then Warhammer. Warhammer is to similar to WoW. The same combat system or casting spell?what for?We don’t need another WoW 2.0! Players in Beta testing are complaing because of that. ;\

Warhammer Online-Marauder of Chaos

premiere is around second quarter of year so we’ve got some time to add some history here ( yeah i know it may be boring)

Warhammer is game from popular company – Games Workshop, they are from United Kingdom and from 70s are producing lots of games. One tabletop game is popular Talisman and of course – 25 year old – Warhammer Fantasy Battle – most popular miniatures wargames in history. Im playing from time to time in this great game and its my favorite strategic game ever.

I think computer games are poor compared to this game. Lots of emotions, laugh, fun and whatever. Basically you must pick your side and after that you must buy miniatures and build an army. Oh and after that you should paint your army – its not neccesery but you know, after you paint your knights, dragons, daemons and cannons – its great view.

In warhammer online, every player can pick side of conflict. You can be one from the knights of empire or one from the evil cultist of chaos, if you want something else maybe war between Elves if ok

?you can pick High Elves or Dark Elves if this is not enough – pick tough Dwarfs to fight with Greenskins – Orcs and Goblins. Game will be revolutionary because this game will be gigantic battlefield, every quest in game push war forward for greater struggle – realm vs. realm.

Few words about warhammer

Warhammer was created by games workshop 30 years ago as a miniature game with dices and that kind of stuff, till now 7th edytion of that game had been released. Game have its own popularity and its really high quality game from others that type of games. World of Warhammer is called – Old World, mythic land similar to world of early renesains age. So we’ve got mighty empire, french like – brettonia and other sides like Russia- Kislev and evil Undeads and Vampires or Chaos – main evil in Warhammer.
